How do I return unwanted items to you?

Sample Sale items may include past season's collections and/or might have minor defects such as a few loose threads. All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges.

If something is not quite right you’ve got 30 days to send back your items for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.

To reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainability, UK returns are now £2.99. This will be deducted from your return refund automatically.


If you have an issue or problem outside the standard returns policy, then please email us to info@lyraswimwear.com along side your order number. 



For anything regarding returns/exchanges, you can use our new returns portal by hovering over the ‘Help” icon on our website’s homepage and pressing the ‘Return’ icon.

This gives you direct access to any returns labels you may need to ship items back to our warehouse and also lets you alternatively arrange a return for store credit. 


To exchange your item, please arrange a return for store credit, and use this credit once it has been received, to re-order your items in your desired size.

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless you have chosen store credit, and you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
